Breakfast

Boca Paila. Eggs of your choice (Rancheros, scrambled with ham or bacon, Mexican style or your own style) Served with home made toast or tortillas , fresh orange or grapefruit juice, coffee or tea.

Chilaquiles. Red chilaquiles slightly spicy, layers of fried tortillas bathed with our red sauce, served with grilled cheese, onions and cream and two fried eggs on top.

Huevos Doña Ana. Our specialty, egg tacos bathed with bean sauce, topped with chorizo from Valladolid, topped with cream, onion and grilled cheese.

Huevos Motuleños. Two fried eggs served on corn tortillas with beans and bathed in a delicious Mexican salsa. Topped with peas, ham, grilled cheese and of course.... fried bananas!

Ixchel Omelette. Smoked Salmon Omelet with cream cheese and a touch of our regional fine herbs selected by our Mayan Chef Tun.

Muyil. Freshly baked toast, homemade marmalade, butter, fresh orange or grapefruit juice, fresh coffee or our tea selection.

Lunch and Dinner Appetizers

Chef's Salad. Our Mayan Chef’s suggestion, a fresh green salad with ham, cheese, chicken, bacon, hard boiled egg, avocado, tomato, all bathed with our house vinaigrette.

Jackie's salad. Prepared with fresh grapefruit, spinach, carrots, onions, tomatoes, decorated with walnuts and goat cheese, all bathed with a delicious grapefruit vinaigrette.

Mixed Ceviche. Fresh shrimp and diced fish marinated with lime juice, olive oil, tomato, avocado, marinated red onions, cilantro, salt and pepper.

Tulum Salad. Our Mayan Chef’s creation, something really delicious and healthy. Tuna salad prepared on a bed of lettuce with cucumber, broccoli, avocado, poblano chile, fresh cheese and parmesan.
Bathed with a vinaigrette made with papaya, cilantro, mint and a touch of balsamic vinegar.

Tuna Carpaccio. Fresh Tuna fillet thinly sliced, seasoned with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, drops of lime juice and garnished with thin slices of tomato, onion and capers.

Seafood Specialties

Avocado with shrimp. Brought from the State of Michoacan, the avocado is combined with fresh shrimp, seasoned with a delicious dressing prepared in our kitchen, mounted on a greeen salad properly seasoned with coriander vinaigrette.

Calamari at Your choice. Fresh calamari prepared with garlic, or coriander, breaded or as our Chef, Chiquil Tun suggests; prepared with chile de arbol, garlic, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Slightly spicy.

Fetuccini with Shrimps. Delicious sautéed lobster or shrimp added to the fettuccini prepared with a touch of rosé wine.

Fish Fillet Ana y Jose. Fish fillet wrapped in foil, delicately prepared with butter, mustard, fine herbs, Chaya, olive oil and a slight touch of white dry wine.

Fish Fillet with Almonds. Prepared on the grill, carefully taken care of by our Chef, served over a bed of mashed potatoes and covered with crisp roasted almonds.
We accompany it with tender broiled vegetables.

Flambeé Shrimp with Mezcal. They are prepared at your table, a real fire spectacle!
Cooked with green pepper, onion, tomato, butter, olive oil, orange juice and a touch of Mezcal.

Grilled Lobster. A Caribbean lobster tail caught specially for you and prepared on the grill with garlic butter, served with a delicious fresh green salad with dressing and mashed potatoes.

Lobster Flambeed with Tequila. A delicious lobster tail from the Caribbean, flambéed by your waiter right at your table with a delicious touch of Tequila from the State of Jalisco.

Grouper Steak Ixchel. The favorite offering for the Mayan Goddess of fertility. Fresh thick grouper steak boiled with a combination of fine aromatic herbs, bathed with a white wine and fennel sauce, accompannied by a poached tomato.

Seafood Platter. An assortment of shrimp, breaded and with garlic, calamari prepared with ajillo and red wine, grilled and breaded fish fillets, and a whole fried fish with garlic.
All accompanied by French fries, green salad and rice.

Shrimp and Beer Fajitas. Don Jose's favorite. Pealed shrimp and prepared with Doña Ana's recipe and rizzled with beer. Served with guacamole, beans and rice.

Shrimp Brocheta. Juicy shrimp sautèed with butter and garlic,served on wild rice and vegetable juliennes bathed with a tropical sauce prepared with tamarindo and chipotle. A true delight!

Red snapper tartar. A unique recipe.Fresh red snapper fillet thinly chopped and prepared with capers,onion,lime juice,parsley, olive oil and a touch of balsamic vinegar.

Arrachera Steak. From Sinaloa to Quintana Roo, 2,125 miles just to meet you. Try me. Served with rice, beans and grilled chile poblano "rajas".

Brocheta. The perfect combination, Surf and Turf. From the Caribbean Sea to the land of the Maya. Beef, shrimp, fish, bacon, onion, tomato and green pepper perfectly seasoned on the grill with a special touch from our Chef.
